Guam has very strict quarantine laws for pets. In order to ensure that full information about pet importation is provided, e.g., pre-and post-arrival requirements, policies, rules, operations, and fees, visit the websites below. Other informational documents available are: Animal Quarantine Program Information Brochure; Application for Guam Entry Permit form; Agreement to Hold Harmless Waiver and Assumption of Risk form; and Registration form. There are two authorized quarantine facilities on Guam They are: Andersen Air Force Base Quarantine/Boarding Facilities and Harper Valley Kennel.
