NAVSEA serves as the primary FOIA Requester Service Center (RSC) for the NAVSEA Enterprise. NAVSEA maintains records regarding the development, acquisition, modernization, and maintenance of affordable ships and ordnance systems for the United States Navy and Marine Corps, as well as records regarding the Navy's salvage operations and ship and ordnance donation program.
