Command Inspector General (IG) Office Hotline

The Command IG Office accepts confidential tips and complaints from all sources about potential fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement concerns at Keyport. Improper and illegal conduct can cost us millions of dollars and affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the command.  

We need your vigilance to report wrongdoing to help prevent, combat, and eliminate fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement. Complaints can be submitted by calling and leaving a message on our hotline at 360-396-2256, or by email at W_KYPT_Hotline_US@navy.mil.
