Military and Family Life Counselors
 

NNPTC has four onsite Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) who provide free, confidential non-medical counseling to staff, students, and their families. MFLCs help you and your families navigating improving relationships at home and work, stress management, adjust difficulties, parenting, grief or loss, and more!

The MFLCs offer a variety of recurring events such as:

  • Weekly Therapy dogs
  • Events to connect Naval Spouses
  • Women at Sea community gatherings
  • Brain Break sessions where you learn some mindfulness techniques
