Former Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport Commanding Officer Capt. Mike Coughlin is “piped over the side” during a retirement ceremony held on May 15 in Newport, Rhode Island. Command transitioned to Capt. Chad Hennings (standing center) in a ceremony that was altered to adhere to social distancing restrictions because of the coronavirus pandemic.
