HOW TO SUBMIT A JFMM CHANGE REQUEST
JFMM change requests can be submitted by anyone. To do so, please download the JFMM CHANGE REQUEST form onto your computer. Fill out the form completely and email the change request to the JFMM Program Office at SUBMEPP.JFMM.FCT@NAVY.MIL. You will be kept informed of your request periodically until it is resolved. The JFMM Board of Directors meet semi-annually (May and Oct) to review JFMM change requests. Change requests received by 15 Apr and 15 Sep will be reviewed then. Ones received after those dates require the originator’s TYCOM sponsorship or are held until the next semi-annual JFMM Board of Directors Review Meeting.
