PMS 321 provides small combatant & expeditionary platform integrated lifecycle management thru modernization & sustainment to provide operational readiness and deliver superior lethality to the warfighter

Program Summary

PMS 321 was established in 2022 and combined the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Fleet Introduction and Sustainment Office (PMS 505) and all amphibious and expeditionary ship classes to include LHD, LHA, LPD, LSD, MCM, and ESBs the previously resided in PMS 407.  PMS 321 is now responsible for modernization, sustainment, and lifecycle management for all expeditionary and LCS ship classes. Core focus areas include ship sustainment and readiness, class modernization and engineering support, acquisition and in-service logistics and training.
