NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (January 25, 2019) Damage Controlman 2nd Class Jesus Figueroa, left, and Damage Controlman 1st Class Sarah Aumiller, center, from Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) provide preventative maintenance training to Gas Turbine Systems Technician (mechanical) 2nd Class Jeremy Lovelace aboard Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64). MARMC sent a training team to Rota but normally provides services for more than 70 ships in the Mid-Atlantic region to ensure the ships and their crews are able to fulfill their missions with minimal repair and maintenance downtime.

Members with Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) embarked aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers USS Carney (DDG 64) and USS Ross (DDG 71) to provide training to the crewmembers at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Jan. 4 –Feb. 8.
