Japan Sustainment is a critical component of ensuring FDNF mission capability. The Japan Sustainment Community of Practice (JSCoP) works tactically on helping people recognize the unique career enhancing value of Japan maintenance experience and on innovations to improve their personal PCS process. Strategically, the JSCoP engages stateside NSY and RMC leadership to build their understanding that the FDNF maintenance environment provides a unique and necessary base of agile, innovative ship maintenance experience across the enterprise.
