Shipbuilding Indices

These inflation indices are used to calculate escalation costs as specified in Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) shipbuilding contracts containing Compensation Adjustment Clauses. The indices are prepared by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) at the request of NAVSEA.
