NSWC Crane electro-optic expert represents Navy and receives three-year international appointment

A Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) employee has been appointed as the United States Navy Representative for the Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) Group Technical Panel 3 within The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP). Dr. Benjamin Conley’s TTCP appointment is a three-year role which began in February.
