Michael Connelly, technical project manager for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s Undersea Warfare Platforms and Payload Integration Department, is the winner of the 2024 Frank C. Dr. Steven Spear, a renowned author and senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, speaks to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport workforce on April 28, 2025.
