Washington, DC - Panelists discuss "Why Culture is Key" during an online event June 16 that was part of the NAVSEA Warfare Centers' ongoing "Leadership in a Diverse Environment" initiative. Among the participants were Dr. Angela Lewis (SES), technical director, NSWC Crane; Tara Roane, deputy director, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity & Inclusion, NAVSEA Warfare Centers; Capt. Khary Hembree-Bey, commanding officer, NSWC Corona; Laura Liswood, an internationally recognized speaker, author and advisor; Dr. Brett Seidle, executive director, NAVSEA Warfare Centers; Lisa Jucha, sign language interpreter; Capt. Todd Hutchison, commanding officer, NSWC Carderock; and Karen Burrows (SES), director, Integrated Warfare Systems Engineering, NAVSEA.
