NEWPORT, R.I. - Sen. Jack Reed (center from left), Rep. Jim Langevin and Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport Capt. Michael Coughlin announced on June 18, 2018 a three-year landmark agreement with the Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC) to prototype cutting-edge undersea and maritime technology.
