A Statement of Eligibility/Ineligibility is prepared for each vessel by a qualified Navy historian. It briefly summarizes the historian’s review of the vessel’s history against the trigger criteria. Open a Statement for a particular vessel by clicking on the Statement name. Historic preservation stakeholders are invited to submit written comments on any determination available on this web page. Comments may be submitted by electronic mail to NSSC_Public_Affairs@navy.mil, may be faxed to (202) 781-4577, or may be sent by postal service to:
