Sheila Marks, personnel support technician and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility employee of 34 years, demonstrates the use of one of the shipyard’s newly installed video phones. The video phones provide deaf and hard-of-hearing employees with convenient access to a live American Sign Language interpreter to assist with making phones calls to hearing-enabled individuals.
