IMAGE: DAHLGREN, Va. – Denise Bagnall, the navigation chief engineer for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), was granted the Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to force-level Navy systems across the navigation and track management portfolios.
