Dr. Brett Seidle (SES), Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, Test, and Engineering, delivered remarks at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Missile Testing Evaluation Facility held at NSWC Crane Division. Dr. Seidle (SES) was provided with a tour showcasing the base's current milestones and progress. NSWC PCD breaks ground on new Littoral Innovation and Prototyping Facility
