Tom Anderson as commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) and director, Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization (SEA 21) at the Washington Navy Yard on Apr. 24.  The transition took place without formal ceremony due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Vice Adm. Tom Moore was the presiding officer.
