Summary: The Department of Navy (DON) Pathways Internship Program provides degree-seeking students the opportunity to explore federal careers while completing their education. After completing the educational and program requirements, NSWC PHD may convert an intern into a permanent employee. To be eligible for conversion, interns must complete a least 640 hours of work experience, complete their degree requirements, and perform their duties successfully. This program is designed for students in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Logistics, Finance, and Product Support/Supply Chain.
