Norfolk Naval Shipyard dedicates its new Submarine Maintenance Facility June 14, consolidating submarine maintenance, production and support shops into a single facility adjacent to the shipyard's submarine drydocks and piers.  Participating in the ribbon-cutting from left to right are NNSY Submarine Program Manager Pat Ensley, Shipyard Commander Captain Kai Torkelson, and NAVFAC Public Works Officer Commander Ben Wainwright.
