NEWPORT, R.I. - Dr. David Rivera of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s Undersea Warfare Electromagnetic System Department has won the 2022 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)-USA Harry Diamond Memorial Award, for distinguished technical contributions in the field of electro-technology.
