NAVSEA to present at Surface Navy Association’s 37th National Symposium

WASHINGTON – Officials from Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and affiliated program executive offices will participate in Surface Navy panel discussions and present program updates in NAVSEA’s exhibit booth during the 2025 Surface Navy Association’s annual symposium at the Hyatt Regency in Arlington, Virginia, Jan. 14-16. 

NAVSEA Commander Vice Adm. Jim Downey, will moderate two seminar sessions on Jan. 16:  

Accelerating Force Generation Panel (10:30 a.m.)
Panelists for this seminar include:  

  • Rear Adm. Tom Anderson, Program Executive Office (PEO) Ships 

  • Rear Adm. Kevin Smith, PEO Unmanned and Small Combatants 

  • Rear Adm. Tom Dickinson, PEO Integrated Warfare Systems

  • Mr. Brian Blanchette, President, HII-Ingalls Shipbuilding
