Galinis, commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, presents Captain Greg Burton, outgoing commander of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), with the Legion of Merit for outstanding service and commitment to duty during his four-year tour as shipyard commander.
