NAVSEA honors retiring Executive Director Giao Phan

WASHINGTON, DC (March 28, 2024) - Retirement Ceremony in honor of Ms. Giao Phan, Executive Director, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) was hosted by Vice Admiral James Downey, Commander, NAVSEA and held in the Humphreys auditorium at the Washington Navy Yard. Mr. Jay Stefany, Principal Civilian Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition was the Master of Ceremonies; and Vice Admiral (RET) Tom Moore, 44th Commander of NAVSEA, was the guest speaker. Ms. Phan retires after 42 civilian years serving the Department of Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard.
