NUWC Division Newport oceanographer relieves life’s stresses through art

NEWPORT, R.I. - Michael Garr, an oceanographer in the Sensors and Sonar Systems Department, has some of his artwork in his office at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, including a recent self-portrait. Garr finds work-life balance through painting.
