System for Award Management
The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is an official website of the U.S. Government. SAM.gov is designated by the Federal Acquisition Regulation as the mandatory "Government-wide point of entry (GPE)" for posting of Government business opportunities, including proposed contract actions, solicitations and associated information. All NSWC Philadelphia Division business opportunities is accessible via SAM.gov.
Please Note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to check back at this site for any Amendments that may have been issued. No notifications will be sent. There is, however, the capability to register at SAM.gov to receive notifications of amendments which would alleviate the need to keep checking this site.
NOTICE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, prior to award of a contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement or blanket purchase agreement. Registration may be done by accessing the website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/.
