The workforce here at Crane is dedicated to the communities in which they live. Our workforce directly supports thousands of elementary and high school students through tutoring, mentoring, and field trips. In efforts to strengthen participation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), Crane has supported 128 teachers in the community with science workshops, kits for engineers to share in the classroom, and the lending library. Our employees volunteer with the SeaPerch competition and mentor robotic teams helping over 500 students gain knowledge of STEM. Over 37 schools in our region have been impacted by STEM outreach efforts from Crane employees.
