PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - A sailor kneels to give Tuukka, a certified therapy dog with Pet Partners, a head rub during a morale-boosting visit at the Hawaii Regional Maintenance Center at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility on Dec. 4, 2024. The visit provided a moment of calm and connection for sailors and shipyard employees.
