Pearl Harbor, Hawaii - Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (April 29, 2021) Captain Greg Burton, Commander of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, presents the Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service award to Mr. Kaipo Crowell, Code 2300 Nuclear Engineering and Planning Officer and Senior Executive Service civilian, in recognition of 38 years of dedicated service to the Department of the Navy. As the highest honorary award that the Chief of Naval Operations can bestow upon Department of the Navy civilians, the Superior Civilian Service Award recognizes exceptional leadership and unparalleled contributions from Navy employees.
