Culture Change Team Co-Lead Carlynn Lucas recently joined the team after Antonne Smalls and Jason Braun reached out to her personally. “I leapt at the chance to do it because I am a people person – I’ve worked with DEOCS, the Federal Women’s Program, the Celebration of America’s Shipyard’s team always in the hope that I could help motivate, encourage, and empower the people of the shipyard,” she said. “I saw this as an opportunity to put my words into action and I look forward to what we can accomplish.”
