NEWPORT, R.I. - Members of the first class in the Dr. William F. Bundy Warfare Center Scholar Program at the Naval War College (NWC) in Newport, Rhode Island, meet with Naval Undersea and Surface Warfare Centers Commander Rear Adm. Kevin Byrne (right), to talk about the 10-month master’s degree program on Sept. 24, 2020.
