A team of Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) and Naval Facilities Public Works employees worked together to perform inspections and install fittings on five flagpoles across the base to meet the goal of having all flagpoles flying colors for Independence Day. The team included NAVFAC Maintenance Mechanic Justin Carter, Assistant Public Works Officer Lt.
