WASHINGTON - WASHINGTON (June 6, 2025) - Friends, family, and coworkers, attend a Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization, and Sustainment (SEA 21) change of office ceremony at the Washington Navy Yard’s Leutze Park, June 6. During the ceremony, Rear Adm. William Greene was relieved by Rear Adm. Andrew Biehn. SEA 21 is the dedicated life cycle management organization for the Navy's in-service surface ships and is responsible for managing critical modernization, maintenance, training and inactivation programs.RELEASED.
