Panama City scientist receives U.S. Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award
Dr. Isaac Sledge, Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division scientist, was recently awarded the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award. His work yielded unprecedented results in automatic target recognition (ATR) applications.
