Two NUWC Division Newport employees receive Meritorious Civilian Service Awards
Jeff Prater (center), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s public affairs officer, receives a Department of the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award from Technical Director Ron Vien (left) and Executive Officer Cmdr.
