Deputy Secretary of Defense Hicks, RI congressional delegates visit NUWC Division Newport
Deputy Secretary of Defense Dr. Kathleen Hicks Hicks (center) was greeted by Commanding Officer Capt. Chad Hennings (from left) and Technical Director Ron Vien for briefings in Building 990.
