During the visit, Owens and Cramer met with senior leadership from PHNSY & IMF to assess progress on the Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program and tour the shipyard’s dry dock areas that will be modernized beginning in 2023. Visual information specialist tells compelling stories for NUWC Division Newport, RI Air National Guard

As a visual information specialist in the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s Graphics and Imaging Branch in the Public and Congressional Affairs Division, John Vannucci (left photo, right) helps spread the word about the command’s efforts, such as when he took pictures of Congressman David Cicilline during a visit to Newport on Dec. 16, 2019, to discuss the 401 Tech Bridge.
