Arbor Day at NUWC Newport features memorial tree plantings, field of evergreens
Co-workers, friends and family attended a dedication for David Pelletier behind Building 990 on April 26. Capt. Mike Coughlin, commanding officer of NUWC Newport, helped plant the tree and spoke with those who attended the memorial.
