Lieutenant Commander Victor J. Garza
Lieutenant Commander Garza received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1997. He worked as a Test Engineer for TRW Space and Defense prior to earning a commission at Officer Candidate School in 1999.
