Your sponsor will take care of your lodging reservation upon arrival but keep in mind you still will be required to so submit a valid credit card at check-in. It is required that incoming PCS personnel and their families stay on base unless all facilities are booked to capacity. In either case, you are required to check in at the Navy Lodge once you arrive. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of lodging expenses. If the Navy Lodge cannot provide or secure other base accommodations for you, they will issue a Certificates of Non-Availability (CNA) letter.

Note: the CNA is required to receive reimbursement for temporary lodging off base. If you’ve been told base lodging is not available, remember you must still check in to Navy Lodge on your day of arrival or you will not be reimbursed for that night’s lodging.

Navy Lodge Naples is located on the Support Site offering 96 guest rooms and 24 villas. Guests enjoy free weekday issues of “Stars and Stripes”, free on-base phone calls, an AM/FM clock radio, an iron and ironing board, cable TV, a kitchenette, a DVD player, a flat panel TV, vending machines, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi access. Navy Lodge Naples also has a small conference room available for rent and provides fax and copy services. Navy Lodge Naples has some pet-friendly accommodations available. Newcomers or their sponsors must contact the Navy Lodge directly to confirm availability of a pet friendly room prior to arrival. The Navy Lodge is conveniently located within walking distance to the DoD schools, Navy Exchange, Commissary, gym, Child Development Center, USNH Naples, and many other services.

Navy Gateway Inns and Suites – Naples (NGIS at NSA Naples) is a 122-room mission-support facility supporting transient guests. NGIS is located at Capodichino Navy Base, within walking distance to all military offices and commands at Capodichino and approximately 20 minutes from the NSA Naples Support Site by bus/car. Our TDY/TDA travelers can make reservations up to 30 days prior to arrival on a space available basis. NGIS Naples has a gym, theater, club, dining hall, mini-mart, and many other morale and welfare activities. Pets are not allowed in the room or on Inn grounds and this policy is strictly enforced. Free shuttles are available from NSA Naples Support Site to Capodichino Navy Base and back throughout the day.
