WASHINGTON (April 11, 2024) Vice Adm. James P. Downey, commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) (left) announced Hull Technician 1st Class Jennifer Schleuning from Southeast Regional Maintenance Center, Jacksonville, Fla.
