The “Keep in Touch” (KIT) plan is a program created by current and former FDNF USCS workers designed to assist in the facilitation of dialogue between yourself and the CONUS command you are leaving. Although not a CNRMC requirement at this time, adherence to the KIT plan is highly encouraged. You’ll find that consistent communication and conversation your home command is vital to a successful return from an OCONUS tour.
