The Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Support Center (JEODTSC) is the one stop shop for information and decision support to EOD operators worldwide.

Request for Information (RFI) Process

The JEODTSC receives RFIs, which can be made by submitting an RFI form at the JEODTSC SIPR website, phone, fax, secure fax, or e-mail.

Each request is handled according to urgency. Urgent requests are processed within 4 hours; Routine requests are processed within 24 hours.

Using all of the command's information assets, JEODTSC personnel research the issue forwarding RFIs to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) for response when appropriate.

Answers are disseminated accordingly.

All questions and answers are tracked in a database; the contents of which are used to further streamline processes within the JEODTSC and IHD at large.
