NSWCDD subject matter experts briefed Beard and his delegation of Royal Navy officers on programs and capabilities that included NSWCDD directed energy weapons such as the high energy laser, electromagnetic railgun, and hyper-velocity projectile in addition to high power radio frequency capabilities and the weaponization of unmanned systems. PSNS & IMF holds tribute in support of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard

Employees from Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility took part in an ‘Ohana tribute gathering to show support for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, during a lunchtime event Friday, Dec. 6, in Bremerton, Washington. The event, which was attended by several thousand employees wearing aloha shirts, featured remarks from senior leaders, a moment of silence and a group photo.
