Dr. Isaac Sledge, Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division scientist, was recently awarded the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award. His work yielded unprecedented results in automatic target recognition (ATR) applications.

The Joint Direct Attack Munition Assault Breaching System (JABS) Test and Evaluation Team is made up of personnel from Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, NSWC Indian Head, Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., support contractors and Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.
