NSWC Crane employees recognized for providing rapid response to medical emergency

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) employees were recognized for providing rapid emergency response support to a medical situation. The Code Blue Team was recently awarded the NSWC Safety Champion Award for their efforts and to responding to a fellow employee’s medical emergency. The team currently consists of eighteen volunteers who train year-round to respond to these instances within their building at NSWC Crane.

Andrew Hyden, Branch Manager at NSWC Crane, manages the Acquisition, Information Technology (IT), Administration, Facilities, Security and Receiving/Operating, Materials and Supplies (OM&S) actions for his division. Before coming to Crane, Hyden earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master’s Degree from Southern Nazarene University.
