The Spring-Loaded Target Carrier for Laser Tracking was developed by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) engineers in the Command’s Advanced Data Acquisition, Prototyping Technologies and Virtual Environments (ADAPT.VE) to expand the Command’s 3D scanning application portfolio.
