December 12, 2018 — Brian Caine, TUBA Technical Program Manager at NSWC Carderock Division, was awarded the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Undersea Warfare 2018 Bronze Medal in September for his contributions to expanding the technology knowledge base of undersea warfare. He was also awarded the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award for his leadership in the area of systems development, full-scale testing, sensor performance evaluations and acoustic calibration within the TUBA Program.
