HII’s Pharos receives final preparation before launching into the water as the system needed to ensure it was capable of ballasting and de-ballasting in a loaded condition and also demonstrate its capability to be recovered from a large boat ramp at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, Fla., Sept. 1. Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division’s Unmanned Systems Test and Evaluation Team along with support from NSA Panama City and U. S.
